Returns & Refunds
We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from the delivery date (as confirmed by tracking) to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us at support@sowmeseeds.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, or Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item once approved, then place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@sowmeseeds.com.
Seed Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our seeds.
All seeds are tested regularly to meet or exceed USDA germination standards, and germination rates are listed on each packet.
Because seed germination and plant performance depend on factors beyond our control — including weather, soil conditions, watering practices, temperature, and gardening methods — we cannot guarantee specific growing results.
However, we offer a 60-day seed guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your seeds for any reason, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery. A full refund will be issued once the seeds are returned.
Returns or refund requests made after 60 days from delivery will not be accepted.
